Eleni Vorizanaki and Nikos Tzorakakis have the same vision: To create amazing Cretan wines using particularly the varieties that are dominant in this part of the world. “Combining Liatiko PDO which grows in abundance in Crete, with international varieties we created our own secret recipe.
Our dream was to create modern wines using ancient traditional methods – not an easy path. We just reached a total of 50 awards in national and international competitions which took years of experimenting and going against the tide.
